Your key and token stay in this browser (localStorage) and are only sent to api.trello.com. They are never written to the shared board.
Everyone on the team uses their own: cards you create, sprint check items you add and cards you delete then show up under your name in Trello, and the app only ever acts with your permissions. That is why they have to be entered once per browser.
Get one at trello.com/power-ups/admin (create a Power-Up, then “API key”).
Generate a token with your key, approve, and paste it here. The token asks for read & write — write is only used when you turn a local note into a Trello card.
List cards on the connected boards by how long they've been untouched, then delete the stale ones from Trello.
Signed in as . The board is shared live with everyone on the allowlist — their changes appear here within a second, and yours on their screen.
Paste a link to the current sprint card. Hovering a note then shows ⚑ “Add to sprint”, which links the card in the sprint card's first checklist — under the section item (like — 📣 Marketing) whose emoji matches the note's frame.
Cards in a Trello list marked 🎊 count as done and show a ✓ on the board. Removing them clears the notes off the pinboard only — the cards themselves stay in Trello.
List cards by how long they've been untouched, then delete the ones you no longer need. Deleting removes them from Trello permanently — they are not archived.
